Cassegrain Reflector Antennas
Commonly used in Radar & Telemetry Systems and Point to Point Communication Systems, Cassegrain reflector antennas are made of a parabolic reflector, a primary feed unit, a sub-reflector, and a feed support assembly with four profile aluminum brackets that are attached to the rim if the reflector to position the feed as needed. The primary reflector is a paraboloid, while the shape of the convex secondary reflector is a hyperboloid.
