Pin Diode MMIC Switches are one of the newest innovations in the switching device market. They offer low loss, high isolation performance with a TTL driver in a compact package. These switches have become very common in the past few years and are available in a wide range of configurations such as SPST, SPDT, SP3T, SP4T, SP6T, SP8T and SP12T.

Driver options available in higher isolation versions up to 60 dB. Can also be supplied without drivers.
